The AJW Foundation’s Mission
Our goal is to have a forum to education, support and empower families living with mental health disorders. We believe more information and support is needed to educate the masses in media, news, opinion, and local communities. Our tagline is clear, “AJW Foundation is a non-profit to Educate. Fight Causes. Change minds.” As we move forward, this reach will become focused on human rights.
Our Objective on Mental Health Education and Human Rights
Children with parents, parents with children, spouse and other families need a place to voice their lives–by way of news, opinion and services. We believe that mental health touches many social issues regarding education, children learning, homelessness, poverty and physical and mental stresses. We are here to tell your stories and this will be in the way of AJW Foundation and your community blog Delirium Today.
Bi Social Network
AJW Foundation is interested in the human connection, on a personal level. We have decided to take hold of Bi Social Network (BSN) and connect more to the lost voices that are never heard in media. The homeless, the poor, the forgotten, the elderly. Our services will begin in 2015 and will move in a totally different direction then 2008-2013. Welcome to the new BSN, “Touching lives when it matters!”
“Meeting Bill Clinton (Author of Giving) changed my life when he came here to Chicago. In that moment when I was inching my way to meet the man that changed a nation; I realized he was most happy now, in this time, giving hope, giving advice, giving to the needs of others and yes, we were dancing to the sounds of Motown; but in that moment — I knew the end of 2007 was the beginning of a whole new life in giving back!” –Adrienne McCue, AJW Foundation
